PROPER HASH PANCAKES

OVERVIEW
INGREDIENTS(Makes 12)

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ oz of finely grated hash

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

3 large tablespoons butter

1 egg

1 1/4 cups milk

Cooking spray

HOW TO MAKE1)
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

Melt the butter in a gently heated pan and then add the grated hash. Stir thoroughly until it is all blended in and then leave lightly simmering on a low heat for a couple of minutes.

Whisk in melted butter, egg, and milk until combined. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat then spray with cooking spray/add your tsp of oil.

Pour your batter into the hot skillet,adding about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the sides and center of each pancake. Flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve with your favorite pancake topping. *Hint* Sugar and cinnamon is amazing!
